Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Fancy Boxy.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please place a request with us at info@fancyboxy.com, indicating the reason for return. If your request is approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you as a reference, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

                                                                                  
Damages
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, expired or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns of perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, flammable gases, items on sale or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds 
Upon receipt and inspection of a return, we shall notify you if a refund has been approved or not. If approved, a refund will be generated in the original method that the purchase was done. For credit card and bank payments, it may take 5 to 10 days for a refund to show up on your statement.
